The Metro New York Printing Ink Association held its annual John Rutledge Memorial Golf Outing on Tuesday, Aug. 13 at the Galloping Hill Golf Course in Kenilworth, NJ.

The event, which is the seventh annual John Rutledge Golf Outing, had a record turnout and support this year. Participants came from around the country to enjoy a beautiful day on an exceptional golf course in New Jersey.

Chris Allen of Sun Chemical Color Materials was the leader of the outing, and said, “First of all I want to thank all our sponsors for their participation in the John Rutledge Memorial Golf Outing.  Without them, we couldn’t have put on the outing that we did…..thanks to:  Ink World/Rodman Media, Inksolutions, INX, TOYO-Artience, Penn Color, Sun Chemical, Eagle Specialty Products, Barentz, UMC, Pan Technology, Superior Materials, BASF, Lawter, and JNS Smithchem.  We had a great day on the golf course and the weather couldn’t have been better.  Ed Webb,  Connor Webb, Michael Rossomondo Jr, and Michael Rossomondo Sr were the winning team in this year’s outing.”

“The Seventh Annual John Rutledge Memorial Golf outing was very well attended and a beautiful sunny day,” added MNYPIA president David Biro, PhD of Sun Chemical. “It was great to see so many colleagues come out to support the event and the club.”
