Universal Display Corporation (UDC) announced that Steven V. Abramson, President and Chief Executive Officer, rang the Nasdaq Closing Bell on April 13, 2026, in celebration of the Company’s 30th anniversary as a Nasdaq‑listed company.

He will be joined by members of UDC’s executive management team and Board of Directors to mark the milestone, recognizing Universal Display’s journey from an R&D startup to a pioneer in the OLED industry that has helped shape the modern display era.

“Celebrating this moment at Nasdaq reflects both how far we’ve come and the opportunities ahead,” said Abramson. “Over three decades as a public company, we’ve grown from a bold idea into a global leader in the ecosystem, enabling OLED’s evolution into what is estimated to be a more than $50 billion industry in 2026. We continuously advance our energy‑efficient, high‑performance materials and technologies, and collaborate closely with customers and partners to bring these innovations into OLED displays used today in billions of consumer electronics devices worldwide, from smartphones and IT products to televisions, wearables, and emerging applications. None of this would be possible without our employees. Their drive, desire, dedication, and heart have been the cornerstone of our success, and we are proud to celebrate this milestone with them.”
