Superior Materials, Inc., Garden City, NY, promoted Matthew Kafka to the newly-created position of market development manager.   

Ted Budman, the company’s EVP, observed that during the past five years with Superior Materials Inc., Kafka has excelled in a number of roles, most recently developing new accounts.   

In his new role, he will be focused on expanding Superior’s reach into untapped markets and applications.
