Specialty Polymers, Inc. Hires Technical Marketing Specialist

In this role, Jake Burroughs will be focused on enhancing communication both internally and with customers.

Specialty Polymers, Inc. hired Jake Burroughs to be the company’s new technical marketing specialist.

In this role, he will be focused on enhancing communication both internally and with customers. He will be managing the company’s product literature and creating new content for various external marketing platforms. Burroughs will also collaborate with the sales, lab, and executive teams to evaluate potential markets.

“We’re super excited to have Jake joining the team. Jake’s energy, as well as his product-focused background, are going to bring a lot to our marketing efforts at SPI,” said Daniel T. Grobe, Specialty’s director of sales and marketing.

Prior to joining Specialty, he worked for Custom Building Products as an analytical chemist. He then worked at Parex Inc. formulating cement products, as well as Columbia Forest Products to support soy adhesives for decorative hardwood plywood and quality control.
