Siegwerk strengthened its long-standing partnership with US-based premium food packaging manufacturer The Revere Group, helping the company to achieve a more efficient, reliable, and sustainable production.

By switching to Siegwerk’s low-migration SICURA Nutriflex ORBIS DC inks, faster press speeds, improved uptime, and consistent Expanded Color Gamut (ECG) printing were enabled, reducing waste and supporting customer-focused sustainability goals.

The Revere Group, a fourth-generation, family-owned company in Seattle, Washington, uses advanced ECG printing that allows it to reproduce over 90% of Pantone colors accurately and repeatably, while minimizing the need for clean-ups between print jobs.

Through close technical exchange and access to Siegwerk’s global expertise, the company has been able to expand its capabilities through special primers for compostable applications and recyclable mono-material structures.

These innovations have enabled the creation of new sustainable packaging options, meeting the growing customer demand for environmentally responsible flexible packaging solutions.

“Our work with The Revere Group demonstrates how a strong partnership, technical expertise and consistent ink performance can drive efficiency and sustainability in packaging,” said Mike Hoft, West Regional Sales Manager at Siegwerk CUSA. “Customers like The Revere Group challenge us to think differently – and that’s what makes the collaboration so valuable.”
