Sakata INX Corporation announced that its Spanish subsidiary, Sakata INX Espana, S.A., has been awarded the highest platinum rating, which is an upgrade from the previous silver rating in the sustainability assessment by EcoVadis.

EcoVadis sustainability assessments involve international experts who assign scores on a scale of 0-100 to measure companies’ quality of sustainability on the four themes of the environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable material procurement, based on global sustainability standards such as the ten principles of the UN Global Compact, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and ISO 26000.
