PRINTING United Alliance announced that registration is now open for PRINTING United Expo 2026. This year, the event takes place September 23–25, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV, USA.

PRINTING United Expo brings the entire industry together under one roof, spanning commercial, apparel, wide-format, labels and packaging, mailing, in-plant, industrial, and more.

“PRINTING United Expo continues to raise the bar as the industry evolves, growing in both scale and impact each year,” states Josh Carruth, EVP, Expositions, PRINTING United Alliance. “We are delivering far more than a traditional trade show. This is where the industry comes to see what’s next, make meaningful connections, and drive business forward. And, while 2026 is already shaping up to be the most exciting event yet on all fronts, we may have a few surprises left in store that we’ll be sharing in the coming weeks – stay tuned.”

The 2026 Expo launches with a newly redesigned website and enhanced digital experience, making it easier for attendees to explore exhibitors, plan their visit, and maximize time on the show floor.

This year’s event continues its rapid growth, with the show floor already over 90% sold and nearly 650 exhibitors already signed up to showcase the latest equipment, technologies, and solutions.

Returning for its second “season,” the All-Stars program will once again bring global industry ambassadors to the show floor. This section offers guided insights, curated pathways, and peer-to-peer expertise to help attendees experience everything the Expo has to offer.

Also, Student Day returns, continuing the Alliance’s commitment to workforce development. In partnership with the Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation and the Foundation for Graphic Communication Education, the program connects students directly with leading companies on the show floor and, in 2026.

This year will more closely highlight career pathways in print and facilitate meaningful conversations around internships and job opportunities.
