Flint Group Packaging Solutions at Flexo & Labels Expo 2026

Flint Group Packaging Solutions confirmed its attendance at Flexo & Labels Expo 2026, the Latin American label and flexible packaging industry’s flagship exhibition.

The event takes place from 26 to 29 May at the Anhembi District, São Paulo, Brazil. The company’s Narrow Web team will be at Stand 100, Street I/3, presenting its latest ink and coating technologies for label converters.

Flint Group’s EkoCure portfolio will be in the spotlight. These dual-curing inks perform under UV Hg and UV LED lamps, enabling converters to transition to LED curing, press by press. 

Within the EkoCure range, EkoCure ANCORA is a migration-optimized ink designed for food contact materials (FCM) that supports applications in food labelling and packaging.

Regarding recyclability, the Evolution range addresses the specific challenge posed by shrink sleeves and pressure-sensitive labels, which might contaminate the PET recycling stream. 

The range includes a De-inking Primer and a Caustic-Resistant Overprint Varnish to enable clean ink-substrate separation during the caustic wash, keeping more material viable as high-quality rPET. The result is a recycled PET yield increase of up to 10%.

Flint Group Packaging Solutions will also present Flexocure LEAP, its UV Hg FCM ink for food packaging. Built on a new resin system, this revolutionary ink range reduces the risk of photoinitiator migration by stabilizing PI compounds within the ink structure.
