Zebra Technologies Corporation, a global leader in digitizing and automating workflows to deliver intelligent operations, has been named to the Computerworld 2026 list of Best Places to Work in IT.

Zebra ranked #37 among large organizations, marking a significant advancement from its #51 position last year.

“We are honored to receive this recognition from Computerworld and proud of our advancement on the Best Places to Work in IT list. This reflects our deep commitment to fostering a culture where our technologists can thrive,” said Matt Ausman, Chief Information Officer, Zebra Technologies. “We focus on empowering our teams to lead through innovation, giving them the tools and autonomy to build what’s next and solve our customers’ toughest challenges with real-time insights and optimized workflows. This recognition is a testament to their passion and ingenuity.”

This recognition is based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company offerings in categories such as benefits, career development, training, and retention.

For the 2026 list, the evaluation also heavily factored in employee feedback on their satisfaction with the company’s culture, leadership, and work-life balance.

Zebra’s vision is that frontline operations everywhere are digitized, automated, and intelligent. The company’s technologists collaborate with colleagues across the company to design hardware, software, and automation solutions powered by AI that deliver the foundation for intelligent operations to organizations around the world.
