Schreiner Group Invests in New Printing Technology

The FlexoHybrid 1.200 dpi combines the advantages of flexographic and digital printing in one system.

Schreiner Group has taken a new high-performance printing machine into operation that combines the advantages of flexographic and digital printing in one system.

With the FlexoHybrid 1.200 dpi, the high-tech company has invested in state-of-the-art technology and made a strategic statement signaling the ongoing evolution of its production processes.

The FlexoHybrid 1.200 dpi is the result of a close developmental collaboration with renowned manufacturers and combines extensive suitability for personalization with high industrial performance capacity.

“To secure our leading market position and to continue offering our customers maximum quality and flexibility, it was time for a technology leap,” said Lars Spitz, Head of the Flexographic Printing Segment Flexodruck at Schreiner Group.

The new FlexoHybrid 1.200 dpi sets new standards by combining the previous fortes of classic flexographic printing with the potential of digital printing. The machine opens new opportunities for small print runs and industrial mass production in terms of quality, efficiency, and economy.

Another strategic advantage is the standardized machine concept, offering the potential of usability at other locations as well. That provides the factory floor with additional flexibility and scalability while customers benefit from the same high manufacturing quality – regardless of the manufacturing plant where products are made.

With this investment, Schreiner Group emphasizes agile, digital, and sustainable production while underpinning its role as a technology leader in the long run.

The machine’s high print resolution, short setup times, and resource-saving operation make it a central element of the company’s forward-looking manufacturing strategy.
