TactoTek announces the appointment of Harry Andersson Bettencourt as senior advisor to the company.  A seasoned executive with extensive international leadership experience in the consumer, automotive, pharmaceutical, and industrial markets, Bettencourt will advise TactoTek on expanding its In-Mold Structural Electronics (IMSE) technology adoption into high-growth non-automotive sectors.

Bettencourt brings more than three decades of strategic and operational expertise in driving growth, global product development, electronics integration, and building technology partnerships. He spent nearly 14 years at Harman (a Samsung company), a global automotive and audio technology leader known for brands such as JBL, Harman Kardon, and Mark Levinson.

During his tenure, he held senior leadership roles, operating directly also within the automotive market. His insight will support TactoTek’s efforts to drive technology adoption in industries such as consumer electronics, white goods, medical devices, and industrial equipment — sectors with a pull for smarter, lighter, and more sustainable electronic solutions.

“I’ve always been inspired by technologies that break boundaries and create new possibilities,” says Bettencourt. “TactoTek’s IMSE platform is a game-changer—not just for automotive, but for any industry that values smart, elegant, and resilient solutions.”
