INX International Ink Co. has announced it has successfully completed the acquisition of Servicom New Zealand Limited. INX has also entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Galaxy Inks & Coatings Australia Pty Ltd. That transaction is expected to close by the end of this month, subject to customary closing conditions.

Servicom New Zealand, established in 2004 and led by founder Stephen Southon, has built a strong reputation as an innovative provider and the sole distributor of INX products in New Zealand. The company supplies high-performance inks for sheetfed offset, UV, heatset, and two-piece and three-piece metal decorating, along with a comprehensive range of aqueous, UV, and metal decorating coatings.

Galaxy Inks & Coatings Australia, founded in 1994 by Paul Hidajat and based in Sydney, is the exclusive distributor of INX products in Australia. Galaxy provides premium packaging inks, advanced inkjet solutions for digital printing, and a full suite of inks and coatings services, including color matching, supply chain management systems, and technical troubleshooting.
