Mahesh Panta was promoted to technical market manager – Printing Inks, Batteries & Special Applications, Americas Region at Orion Engineered Carbons. 

 

In this role, he will introduce and support the development of new products and applications for customers and collaborate with them to resolve technical issues.

 

Panta joined Orion in 2015 as process engineer at the company’s Borger, Texas production facility.  As process engineer, he optimized furnace process parameters to ensure product quality; optimized product quality trials for specialty grades, and supervised plant operations for daily production. 

 

Before joining Orion, Panta was a chemical process engineer at Univar Oil & Gas in Waxahachie, Texas.
