Ink World Magazine welcomes original, insightful articles covering the inkjet, packaging ink, conductive ink, and textile ink markets. We aim to provide readers with high-quality, well-researched content on industry innovations, trends, technologies, and business developments.

Please ensure all submissions meet the following editorial standards and guidelines:

General Guidelines

1. Content Relevance
   Submissions must be original and directly related to the ink industry—especially inkjet, packaging inks, conductive inks, and textile inks. Articles should focus on R&D, manufacturing, marketing, or market trends impacting these segments.
2. Originality
   Articles must be original and not previously published in competitor publications or similar industry journals. Submissions must not be repurposed from PowerPoint presentations.
3. Non-Commercial Focus
   Content should be informative and non-promotional in nature. Commercial or advertorial pieces will not be accepted.
4. Editorial Outline
   A short outline or abstract summarizing the main points of your article must be submitted for approval prior to full article submission.
5. Third-Party Clearance
   Authors are responsible for securing all necessary permissions. For example, if the article was presented at a conference, clearance for republication must be obtained.

Format & Style Requirements

6. Length
   Articles should not exceed 2,000 words.
7. File Format
   Submit articles in Microsoft Word format. Do not send files that cannot be edited (e.g., PDFs).
8. Charts & Graphs
   Limit to four (4) per article. Submit in two versions:
   • Final with text
   • Artwork-only (text-free EPS @ 300 dpi)
   All graph text must also be provided separately in a Word document.
9. Symbols
   Trademark, copyright, and registration symbols will not be published.

Submission Process

10. Deadlines
    Articles must be received by the first of the month, three months prior to publication (e.g., February 1 for the May issue).

    Authors will receive a layout proof before publication for final review and approval.
